Refund policy

Please note that prints and frames are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage. If your item arrives damaged, Rediscovery Studio will replace it at no additional cost.

To ensure a smooth resolution, if you receive a damaged print or frame, contact us at rediscoverystudio@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Kindly provide photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s). This will help us promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
